Overview of the Training Plans
SAICA training plans consist of two parts: Integrated Exposure Plan (IEP) and Expected Levels of Proficiency (ELP). The IEP sets out the pre-selected technical learning outcomes that the trainee is set to be able to be exposed to, whereas the ELP maps out which of the required PVAA competencies the trainee needs to demonstrate, at what point in time, and up to what overall rating level.
ProBeta Training's training plan products set out a trainee's journey in an Audit and Assurance environment over a 3, 4 or 5-year training contract period. Training plans are suitable for Audit and Assurance training offices using CaseWare, Draftworx or any non-specific audit methodology audit software.
